The EDHEC Career Centre provides valuable guidance throughout your studies and your professional projects and continuously informs you on the latest career opening A personnal careers counsellor is on hand to offer you help in CV and cover letter writing, interview tips and to prepare you for assessment tests. The many events organised by the School such as on-campus company interviews, company presentations, the EDHEC Job Forum in Paris and the EDHEC Alumni Network provide you with numerous occasions for company contacts.
In 2006-07, EDHEC Business School organised 88 recruitment events to link the business world and students. These events allow students to discover the different professional sectors and to get to know their future managers and enable companies to discover the different ways they can impact on the students' future. Besides the famous annual EDHEC Job Forum, there are three types of event:
Company presentations: For companies to come to the campus to present their company and describe career possibilities.
Career meetings: Where the students discover more about career possibilities in fields such as Marketing and Sales, International Finance, Consulting & NTIC, Audit and Managerial Accounting, Mass Market Retailing, Art and Culture, HR, Communication, Culture and Society, Environment and Law.
Recruitment sessions: Enabling the firms to recruit EDHEC students directly on campus.
In addition, the EDHEC students take part in company business games, including E-strat, Accenture, E-Trophees, Unilog Management Awards (Special Net Surfer Prize), Prix AGF Campus, Euromanager etc.
The annual International Recruitment Fair in Nice is a more recent event that is targetted at students wishing to embark on an international career in particular.
The programme at these events includes : individual meetings and interviews with students and young graduates from our Lille and Nice campus, pre-recruitment internships and entry level recruiting.
