EDHEC Financial Economics Track
You are here : EDHEC Financial Economics Track > Presentation
The EDHEC Alumni Association is recognised by EDHEC's International Community (CIE) as being a key player in its expansion.
Its powerful network, structured around 5 continental Alumni houses', is instrumental to the community's development through its support and funding programmes, and its objective is to promote the EDHEC brand throughout the world. »
To achieve our goals, we have organised the activities around 5 areas:
Network Co-ordination
The main purpose of the Association is to manage all personal and professional aspects of the Alumni network throught annual group reunions and regional get-togethers, career management, and the co-ordination of professional clubs
Performance Measurement Tools
The association has to have powerful organisational and data-processing tools and processes if it is to meet its goals successfully. At the same time, we need to manage our resources effectively in order to meet our strategic objectives and our performance measurement tools help us to do so.
Communication
To keep you up-to-date on the life of the Association and the School, the different career paths of Edhec graduates, and also to help develop the renown of EDHEC Business School, we communicate extensively through our publications (the Handbook, Newsletter etc.), our website and the media.
Fundraising
EDHEC Business School is developing rapidly both in France and abroad. The Lille campus needs to expand to keep up with the School's development and the Nice campus is also continuing to grow, so the association has to equip itself with structures which will meet the needs of its constant growing network in France and around the world, perhaps with an office on each continent, for example.
Our school is completely independent, which is good news, however it means that we have to find on our own the resources to meet our ongoing growth. The association and its network are key players in this challenge.
Internationalization
Better known under the code name "From Mogador to Bangalore", the focus of this operation is on structuring the Association's international aspects: representation abroad, structuring the Country Clubs, integrating English in the life of the association.
