EDHEC aims to train aspiring managers to meet the needs of business and industry, throughout their careers. From future young graduates to business leaders, the corporate world is central to the choices made by EDHEC Business School. EDHEC firstly selects and trains future graduates for their role as the business leaders of tomorrow. In addition, the school offers firms a large number of services to facilitate communication and student recruitment, helping them find and recruit the managers and business leaders they're searching for from among the EDHEC graduates.
The school has also developed programmes in line with changes in the business world to help business leaders and partners develop their professional knowledge and skills at different stages of their career, through its constantly evolving lifelong learning offer. Firms can also draw upon the faculty's expertise by using its extensive consulting services.
Through the EDHEC Foundation, the school has also chosen to focus its applied management research on the problems and issues confronting businesses today. The first Centres of Excellence are a living example of this policy.
Lastly, the business world works alongside EDHEC to help it continue its development and achieve its mission both by providing financial support and by its strong presence on the Board of Governers. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved for putting their trust in us.

The EDHEC forum in Paris is an annual recruitment event that attracts the attention of thousands of EDHEC students from all levels (first year bachelors, to master programme students). The goals of this event are to put EDHEC students in touch with their future employers and to help them with the research for their future career. The last EDHEC Jobs Forum was held on 12th January 2007 in Paris. The programme included individual meetings and interviews with students and young graduates from our Lille and Nice campuses, pre-recruitment internships and entry level recruiting .
Careers fairs
EDHEC helps companies to present their career information.
We believe this is essential for several reasons. Firstly, the traditional professions are changing rapidly within organisations and secondly, new professions are constantly developing, both in the main traditional activity sectors and in the newly emerging sectors.
Recruitment Sessions
To assist firms who wish to organise on-campus recruitment sessions, EDHEC communicate their internship and job offers to targeted students, centralise and transmit candidate applications before the session. contact the students after the firms have selected the applications which interest them, arrange and organise support facilities for recruitment interviews on the Edhec campuses. This efficiency is appreciated by both students and companies alike.
Secondly, it opens doors to the world in general because it provides an education which is open to all cultures, because both its academic and its corporate partners are present on all five continents, because almost 20% of the students from the different programmes are foreigners and because all of these programmes have a highly international profile.
Lastly, it opens doors to the future because EDHEC provides a fantastic incubator for researchers and because every day it invents the management strategies for the transnational companies of the future.
Openings to the world of business
There is strong cross-fertilisation between EDHEC and the corporate world. Here follows the proof that in almost every sector of activity, leading multinationals have developed close and varied links with the leading French business school.
EDHEC provides companies with managers, leaders and Executive Education programmes. At the same time, the corporate world provides EDHEC with legitimacy, research projects and participates in both teaching and funding.
