  • To acquire knowledge of business plan and budget construction methodologies

 

  • To use budgeting process as a management tool

 

  • To understand different investment decisions and financial modalities

     
  • To apprehend the link between financial performance and management accounting

Static and flexible budgets, rolling forecast

Variance analysis

Internal transfer price: definition, and setting up methods
