Candidates record a virtual interactive video of about 3 minutes describing themselves and answering various standard interview questions. This can then be posted on the JobinLive recruitment website, or added as a link to the students' CV. This enhances a candidate's on-line job application and differentiates significantly an applicant from others. Candidates can also use the JobinLive software to train their interview skills in 6 different languages with virtual recruiters. Once the virtual interview is completed, the candidate can see his recorded performance and detect his strengths and weaknesses through the video. He can then choose to discuss his performance with one of the members of the Careers Service team and receive feedback on how to make improvements.
