Module 01- Corporate Finance

The aim of this course is to provide participants with a solid understanding of strategic issues in corporate finance. The framework in which corporate financial decisions are made is explored in order to derive the appropriate discounting of risky cash flows in a market equilibrium. Capital budgeting techniques are developed , with emphasis given to the recognition and valuation of real options contained in investment projects as well as the impact of capital structure issues.
